Graypants Ausi 8 Inch Pendant Lamp

With the Scraplight series the Graypants team really have lived up to their ethos and have created a truly beautiful, inspirational and fun range of ecologically sound lights. They are a gorgeous example of the intersection of reclaimed materials and great design.

Each of the Graypants Ausi Pendant lamps are unique, they are individually hand made out layers of 100% repurposed Laser cut corrugated cardboard. The Cardboard has been treated with a non-toxic flame retardant.

There is a lovely play with light and shadow created with the cut-outs, Graypants have created a pendant lamp that is not only looks stunning, is environmentally friendly the lamps emit a warm and ambient light.

The Graypants Ausi Pendant Lamp is a dramatic feature lamp perfect for both commercial and residential environments. The Ausi will look stylish on its own or with a set of Graypants Scraplight lamps to create dramatic talking point.

As each of these Stunning suspended Graypants Aussie lamps are hand made they are all individuals, and as such there may be slight variations in size, colour, and corrugation pattern. Graypants lights are not suitable for damp conditions or for outdoor use.

The Ausi 8 is 19cm in diameter and 24cm high. This is the smallest of the Ausi pendants, and looks great as part as a cluster or above a dining table on its own.

When you first use your Graypants light you may notice a light burning smell, this is normal and will diminish very quickly, the smell is just a byproduct of cutting the cardboard with a laser.

The Graypants Ausi light is supplied with a black powder coated ceiling rose and a black fabric 2m flex, the light requires 1x 100W maximum incandescent E27 socket | 230V 50Hz | Class I Bulbs. Its recommended to use compressed air to clean this wonderful lamp.
